Appointment

You will receive a confirmation text and/or email 3 days prior to your appointment and a reminder 48 hours before.  Please follow the steps to confirm your appointment at this time. If you wish to cancel your appointment you must reach out to me 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not confirm 24 hours prior your appointment will be forfeited.

Deposit

All extension services require a deposit that consists of 50% of the total service to be provided. This deposit is non refundable and will be credited towards your appointment. If you chose to not continue with your appointment the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Or Forfeiting

Cancellation or forfeiting your appointment results in the loss of your 50% deposit. I understand sometimes services need rescheduling. By reaching out 24 hours in advance to reschedule 1/2 of your original deposit goes towards your new appointment. To secure your new appointment you will be responsible for an additional 1/2 of the deposit totaling again your initial deposit. This will be required before the new appointment is scheduled.

Late Arrival

Though I understand situations arise that result in being late. A late fee of $25 will be charged. Late arrival more than 15 minutes may result in your appointment being cancelled or adjusted due to scheduling commitments with other clients.
